We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Donal Byrne. Donal was on our 1983 Towns Cup winning team and has been a fantastic Clubman for over 40 years including serving as Club Chairman, Club Captain, International Ticket Secretary and as a Referee for many years. We send our deepest condolences to Donal’s wife Mary, his daughters Donna, Alison and Marisa, his brothers Joseph, Eugene and Dermot, all his extended family and many close friends.

As a mark of respect for Donal, the Club will be closed tomorrow and Saturday. There will be a Guard of Honour from Larkins Funeral Home (12:15pm) to St. Mary’s Church on Saturday.
