On Saturday the U13 boys took part in their first game of the season against Tullamore RFC. They have been back training for 2 weeks prior, due to other sporting commitments.   

Playing U13 is a huge step up from U12’s blitz rugby and the lads gave a fantastic account of themselves. Tullamore ended up running a few more tries overall.  However, Edenderry scored tries worthy of the Six Nations 

The lads battled bravely and tackled ferociously all game and delivered a great supportive team performance which showed plenty of signs for a great season ahead.

Well done to all involved, it's great to get the season started and we look forward to seeing this team progress.

Training continues on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm in Edenderry RFC. New players always welcome.
